Im guessing you went to the rose quartz place, and bear lake diggings, and all those places.
did you see the hot tub in the basement? when we were there, there was no water in it, but we really didn't mind. I think
we stayed on the first floor, in the building that didn't have the office. our tv did work; we got mtv. or was it much? it was one of those music video channels. our toilet didn't stop flushing, though
I was there last year, I think around April or May, I can't remember; so I will see if I can find the dates we were there
when were you there? how long did you stay? how'd you find it?
I guess you went with your grade 11 class. It seems to be quite the popular trip for Oakville high schools.
and yes, I went to the bear lake diggings. And a bunch of other places. However, there were a few sites that were closed to the public when we went. *tear* The ones with purple fluorite and sodalite. Those were the rocks that I wanted most, and we couldn't get them.
Oh, did you eat at either of the Chinese food places? Subway? The Italian food place? oh man, I think those were the only good restaurants in the area.

I know we had to pay to get into some places, like the rose quartz place
Vito's? I think one of the restaurants is called Vito's
I remember, like, less than an hour after we got there, some girls from our school apparently got into a fight with some girls from Bancroft. I think they were yelling something like: "Oh, you just keep walking," at each other. I think it happened in the McDonald's
I know our geography teacher that year had been on the trip twice a year, for something like fifteen years
what grade were you in, when you went?
Yeah, I think it was Vito's... that sounds about right.
My geography teacher, Mr Worrall, had been on the trip many times too. It's amazing how often they go on the trip. You would think it would get boring after so many years, but on the other hand, maybe not. It's always a different group of kids, and different situations.
Any sites that you think are the best? That you would want to return to?

But yeah, I agree. So much better than I thought it would be.
I stayed in the Bancroft Motor Inn aswell. Our Tv wouldnt work, and the door to the balcony wouldnt shut all the way. But that's what made it so much fun.
I remember the Romance Packages... it made me laugh.
When were you there? We may have overlapped.
